Should I purchase Cancellation Insurance?

If you're worried about rain, changing the date, illness, or turning into a mermaid and not being able to get up, if you don't have our Cancellation Insurance, your gift card will only be 50% refundable.

Please note! The insurance is ONLY available at the time of check out when redeeming your gift card online.

Once your gift card is redeemed, if the insurance was not paid at that time, your gift card is only 50% refundable if you cancel. Even if it rains. Even if someone falls ill. Even if you want to change the date of your event. Even if elephants come stampeding down the street.

Important note about needing a new date or time after redeeming your gift card.

You can cancel your spot on our calendar one time (up to 3 hours before the Performer’s arrival) and receive a new gift card if you purchased cancellation insurance. You may book a new spot with that new gift card.

Cancellation insurance is valid for one cancellation only.

You are welcome to purchase new insurance when you use your new gift card.
