How do I redeem a gift card for a Fairytale Experience visit?

I bought a gift certificate for someone, but they said the date or time they wanted for their Fairytale Experience isn't available.  Can I have a refund?
 
We recommend that anyone planning one of our Fairytale Experience visits book with our SecreFaeries at least a month before their event to have access to our most popular time slots. 

Gift Certificates are non refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
 
They can be transferred to other people, or used to purchase any other product in our shoppe. 
 
If you'd like to transfer a gift certificate, just forward the electronic gift card to the new recipient. 
If you'd like to purchase something else in our shoppe, just add the items to your basket and use the gift card code at check out.

How do I place an order?

It's easy!  Select the items you would like to order and add them to your basket. Then, complete the checkout process by following the instructions on your screen.

Can I place an order by phone?

Sure! Give us a call at 831-346-1196 and just let us know how we can be helpful. 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa and MasterCard.  We also accept PayPal and Amazon Pay. 

Can I add to my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, no. Once you have completed a purchase, you will need to place a separate order for any other purchases you wish to make.

Do you offer next day delivery?

All of our Fairytale Experience gift cards are delivered instantly, or on the date you select!)

Our other products do not have next day delivery for now.  We always like to try to help, so please shoot us an email and we might be able to assist in special situations. 

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

We try to send out all physical orders within 48 hours of them being placed (if they are placed outside of business days/hours, we'll get to it when we get back to the Faerie Office!), however, during sale periods this may be slightly longer.  All electronic gift cards for Fairytale Experiences are delivered via email instantly or on the date you select. 

How long will I have to wait for my delivery?

We expect standard delivery orders to be delivered within 3-5 working days of shipment, however, during particularly busy periods this may take longer. 

Can you deliver to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, there is an option to enter an alternative address when entering delivery details.

If I am unhappy with my purchase, how long do I have to return it?

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase(s), however, should you wish to return anything purchased from our shoppe we will be happy to provide a refund. All we ask is that the item(s) are returned to us in new condition within 10 days of receipt.  We do not cover return shipping fees, or refund the original shipping charge.

I have received my purchase, but it is damaged/faulty/defective. What do I do?

If you consider a product to be defective, damaged, or faulty prior to use please contact us as soon as possible after you receive your items via shoppe@happilyeverlaughter.com. Once the product(s) are back at our Faerie Office and we have had the opportunity to inspect them, we will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.
We will aim to process any refund, including all shipping costs, due to you within 5 working days of our receipt of the returned item(s). Please note that it can take up to 10 business days after shipment for items to reach us. We advise customers to retain a proof of postage until a refund has been completed. 

How do I return my damaged items?

To return an item you must pack it in suitable packaging with all labels still attached.

We will email you a shipping label to print and affix to the front of your package. Bring the labeled package to your post office and obtain proof of postage.

Please allow up to 10 working days to deliver your shipment back to our Faerie Office. We'll process your return within 5 working days of its arrival.

Please retain a proof of postage receipt until you have been contacted to confirm your refund.

How will I be refunded?

Once your item(s) are back at our Faerie Office and we have had an opportunity to inspect them to check that they are in resalable conditions, a refund will be processed via the method of payment by which the order has been placed. You will receive an email confirming your refund within 12 working days of posting your item back to us, and the credit should appear in your account within 3 business days of that confirmation.

How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us prior to your order being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched we regrettably are unable to cancel it, but you can send the item back for a full refund (minus shipping) should it still not be suitable.

How do I use a promotional code?

Simply enter your promotional code at the checkout, and the relevant amount will be deducted from your total.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Unfortunately we do not offer this service at the moment, but our packages are sent out in beautiful boxes and tissue as a standard.

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, please click “I have forgotten my password” on the account log-in screen. You will then enter your registered e-mail address and you will receive an automated e-mail with your password.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Happily Ever Laughter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available and to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway. Happily Ever Laughter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.  By entering our giveaways, you are automatically subscribed to our e-mail newsletter.

 

Are these just for girls?

 

All of our Magical Experiences include activities and character choices (Pirates, Elves, and Train Conductors, oh my!) that are engaging for both boys and girls. Even though some of our photos are pink, our magic was designed to come in all colors. :-)
