Do I choose a date?
Nope! The recipient will choose the date when they redeem the gift certificate.
How is the recipient notified?
Upon check out, you will enter the email address of the person you are gifting the Magical Experience to. We'll then email them a special code to redeem when they're ready to plan their special day. We can even delay the sending of the email notification until the date of your choice for that perfectly timed gift.
How do I redeem a gift certificate for a Magical Experience visit?
Visit the Redeem your Gift Certificate (opens in a new window). Select the gift certificate amount that you're redeeming & enter your special code upon check out. One of our booking SecreFaeries will contact you within 2 business hours to confirm that your date/time is available. They'll take their experience of planning 16,000 Magical Experiences to make your day easy, playful, and of course, magical.
Can they be exchanged?
We promise that your recipient will love their Magical Experience. If they see a different one that they would prefer, they are welcome to exchange it at any time, free of charge. If they already have too much magic in their lives and decide they don't want it, you can get a full refund within 30 days, no strings attached. Not even sparkly ones.
Who provides the Magical Experience?
Our Faerie Tale Staff! You can meet them on our Performers’ Page. All of our costumes, activities, and employees are identical to what you see on our site. We also are covered by liability & worker’s compensation insurance, just in case our magic gets a little too strong *laugh*.
I bought a gift certificate for someone, but they said the date or time they wanted for their Magical Experience isn't available. Can I have a refund?
We recommend that anyone planning one of our Magical Experience visits book with our SecreFaeries (firstname.lastname@example.org or 831-346-1196) at least a month before their event to have access to our most popular time slots.
Gift Certificates are non refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
They can be transferred to other people, or to purchase any other product in our shoppe.
If you'd like to transfer it, just forward them the electronic gift card.
If you'd like to purchase something else in our shoppe, just add the items to your card and use the gift card code at check out.
How can I pay for a Magical Experience?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, & Amazon Pay.
How do I cancel?
If you would like to cancel your Magical Experience after you've redeemed your gift certificate, we will send you a new gift certificate with 50% of the original value. If you purchased cancellation insurance (opens in a new window) when you redeemed your gift certificate, we will send you a gift certificate with 100% of the value.

Are these just for girls?
All of our Magical Experiences include activities and character choices (Pirates, Elves & Train Conductors, oh my!) that are engaging for both boys & girls. Even though some of our photos are pink, our magic was designed to come in all colors. :-)
